Job Description

Job Title: Qualified Primary School TeacherLocation: NeathPay Rate: £160-£180 per dayAre you a passionate and qualified Primary School Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our team in Neath. This role offers a rewarding chance to inspireand educate the next generation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of primary school students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom.
  • Foster a love of learning and a growth mindset in your students.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Working Hours:
  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, following the schools operating hours.
