About the roleWe are looking for a skilled Production Scheduler to join us at our highly-performing Neath site. In this role you will work alongside the Customer Service Manager to plan the production schedule, ensuring maximum efficiency and fulfilling customer deliveryrequirements. Youll also collaborate with the Shift Managers and their production teams to understand capacity and plan jobs effectively, avoiding or quickly resolving any production issues on shift.As a main point of contact in the business for several stakeholders, well ask you to work with our Sales team and the new customers they bring to the business, guiding them through their first few months with us so that they have a world-class experience.Youll have an excellent opportunity to showcase and develop your communication and organisation skills, and will be contributing to the success of a large number of organisations!The working hours for this role are:Monday to Thursday - 08:00 - 16:30Friday - 08:00 - 14:00About you
