Job Description

Marston Holdings Ltd. Has an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Advisor to join our HR team!This is a new role and will be key to the Groups success by supporting all business areas with providing HR Management Information (MI), analysing data, and providing the HR and ER Business Partners and Advisors with critical data.This role will support the Technology business in a HR generalist role; working on ER cases, providing support and advice to the Technology business with people related matters.Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work at pace, as the business is constantly evolving, growing and operating in a changing environment. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified 3 or above.We are offering a hybrid working model, working for 4 days in our Neath office and 1 day at home. Some national travel would be required on occasion.Duties will include:

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR best practice with the support of the HR / ER Advisors
  • Provide support during grievance and disciplinary hearings.
  • Support HR led projects with HR MI and assist with roll-out of projects across the technology business.
  • Assist the HR Business Partners with creation, implementation and roll-out of new processes.
  • Deliver training around policies and procedures.
  • Update managers on current legislation and employment law with the support of the HR Business Partner team.
