Job Description

Finance Manager - TechnologyNeath£55,000 Marston Holdings have a great opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their team at an exceptionally exciting time in the companys growth. Reporting into the business unit Head of Finance, you will manage the finances with operational leads and BI functions;gaining an enhanced and deeper understanding of business drivers to influence business decision making and in turn financial performance.What you will be doing:

  • Interpreting and articulating financial results and trends
  • Implementing and maturing financial processes within the business unit to assess working capital requirements and improve cash generation
  • Identifying, developing and embedding new, more insightful ways of communicating analytical outcomes that drive business performance, eg. Financial business KPIs
  • Assessing potential new opportunities alongside the business development team
  • Financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Evaluating and tracking risk vs opportunities
  • Financial modelling
What we are looking for:
  • Full ACCA qualification or similar
  • High numeracy and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment
  • Prior experience of a technology service-led or manufacturing business model
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Adept at communicating and presenting financial information in a clear business language
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment
