Acorn is currently seeking an Estimator, required by their client to provide a helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled service to their customers. Asking questions carefully and providing an invaluable service, youll interpret customer requirements into asolution!Guiding, advising, and establishing their needs by excellent verbal and written communication, youll provide customers with a suitable quotation and 2D Autocad drawing. Furthermore, youll ensure customers feel theyve received a professional, high-qualityservice, in tune with their needs, budget, and specifications.Applicants should have a genuine interest in developing great rapport, setting a great example, and using skills to produce quotations that ensure the client returns to you.An essential requirement is that candidates have a thorough understanding of our product range and its capabilities. It is essential therefore, to have an understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing. An interest in aesthetics in the built environmentand current standards is also important, so as to demonstrate the passion and desire to provide the very best solution to our customers and markets.Responsibilities:* To produce autocad drawings (Autocad 2D) to accompany quotes* To assist with customer enquiries* Produce quotations* Follow up quotations* Gather information from customers* Generate quotes and increase the level of quotations* Improve conversion rates* Increase sales* Record data using ODOO CRM system* Communicate and work alongside other departments including accounts, dispatch, production etc.* Creating good working relationships to ensure internal process runs smoothly* Filing of paperworkKPIs:* Quotation level* Conversion rate* New enquiries* Accuracy of work* Positive feedback from team and customers* Flexibility* Grasp of product knowledge* Creation of new spreadsheets for pricing etc.Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
