Job Description

Robert Half Talent Solutions are currently recruiting an Administrator for a consultancy business, based in Neath. The successful candidate will support the Managing Director with the day to day running of the business, undertaking administrative tasks,ensuring the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently.Location: NeathSalary: £19,500 - £22,500 - dependant on previous experience, qualifications and trainingOnsite/WFH: Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 from home, with initial training in the officeDuration: Temporary to Permanent ContractStart date: ASAP - the successful candidate must be available to start on this dateKey Responsibilities

  • Arrange meetings for contractors
  • Invoicing
  • Saving tenders
  • Processing orders and payments
  • Act as the first point of contact between clients and the business
  • Ensure all office stationary is stocked
  • Taking phone calls and handling queries
  • Assist with VAT returns
  • Ensure all IT equipment is working
  • Setting up files and clear all paperwork
  • Assist with recruitment
  • Review fleet insurance policies
  • Pension administration
  • Setup new employees with benefits
  • Payroll assistance
Your Profile
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
