Job Description

Our well established manufacturing client based in Neath is recruiting a Administrator to join the Quality department on a 12 month fixed term contract .The package details are as follows:

  • Basic salary per annum - £22,000
  • Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months (may become perm )
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 0830-1700
  • Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension: auto-enrolment at 4%, matched by the Company up to 5%.

Support the administration of people management activity across an assigned area of responsibility
  • Reporting directly to the Quality Manager and responsible for the Administration.
  • Producing detailed reports from the current paperwork trace ability systems
  • Providing administrative support to the QA Department
  • Logging of Document change controls.
  • Provide support in SAP activities
  • Logging of customer complaints and organising collection of complaint samples.
  • Any reasonable duties as requested by QA Systems Manager
Technical CompetenciesEssential - Excel, WordDesirable - Powerpoint, T&A, Success Factors, SAP, ARMAKey Competencies And Skills Required
  • Administration experience is essential
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Good Time management & organisational skills
  • Conscientious, with a start to finish methodology
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Works well under pressure
  • Works well equally in teams or alone
