Customers are at the heart of what we do. Thats why its important for us to provide our operational, sales teams and dealers a high level of support to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to act as a valuable point of contact in Vauxhall Finance in addition to remotely managing a portfolio of dealers.This is a varied role which will include:• Supporting the Account Manager and National Head of Groups by producing regular reports based on sales performance. This includes reporting for large Dealer groups. • Identifying sales opportunities and transfer these leads to our Account Managers and Business Development Managers for action.• Provide an internal point of contact for entire dealer network, dealing with all queries or concerns. • Sell qualified underwriting decisions to dealers and structure proposals/provide finance quotes to dealers • Enrol dealer staff on the learning management system• Develop relationships with remote traditional and non Vauxhall dealers to become an integral contact for day to day issues and arrange external dealership visits when necessary • Daily administration duties for dealer groups, including payouts and underwriting queries.• Support Multi-Hire Leasing and Free2Move Leasing initiativesWhat were looking forYoull have a natural drive to provide best in class service with a demonstration of previous experience in a similar role. Youll enjoy working in a sales environment, preferably with an interest in the automotive financial services industry. Strong analytical skills with the confidence to develop Excel reports will be required, with the ability to translate data into action. A good understanding or appreciation of the Consumer Credit Act is important, as well as the ability to use your initiative to solve problems.
