Job Description

We are looking for Administrators to join a successful Automotive Finance company in the South Wales area. Are you looking to work for an agile, open minded and adaptive company that provide ongoing develop and benefits Please keep read to find out more:Job Title: AdministratorSalary: £11.53 per hour + Holiday PayWorking Hours: 37 hours per work – Monday to Friday (weekend working, 1 in every 3)Location: Hybrid working – office located in NantgarwContract Type: 3 Month Temporary ContractStart date:ASAPObjectives & Responsibilities

  • To ensure retail contracts are discounted and purchased in accordance with agreed SLA’s;
  • To ensure all necessary contract details are key entered in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy;
  • To processes documents in accordance with agreed policies and procedures/ fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML) and others;
  • To ensure the correct marketing and support plans are used when processing contracts;
  • To ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times;
  • To understand and promote company policy on Treating Customers Fairly
  • To ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the UK business and complete all regulatory knowledge training where applicable in a timely fashion.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good use of Excel and other Windows applications
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Desirable experience
  • Previous finance and/or auto finance industry experience
  • Previous admin or data entry experience
  • Experience of working under pressure and in a volume driven environment
