Job Title: Management Information Analyst (MI)Salary: CompetitiveLocation: Cardiff, United KingdomThe Opportunity:Reporting to Finance Director, the Management Information Analyst role holds responsibility for supporting the Alcumus SME divisional senior management team with analysing business trends and forecast data to drive data led decision making and continuous improvement. This is a highly commercial role that will support ongoing growth in the business.The Business:Alcumus are the UK’s market-leading provider of technology-led risk management solutions that help businesses of all sizes become safer, healthier and stronger.With PE backing and achieving double-digit year-on-year growth, Alcumus has ambitious growth plans both nationally and internationally for 2020 and beyond.The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for an experienced MI Analyst, who has worked in a high-volume business. The ideal candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs and logic formulas and experience of business modelling and data analysis. The candidate should have the ability to communicate conclusions and insight from complex data analysis in an easy to understand and actionable manner and be comfortable with presenting data on a regular basis to a senior level. The candidate should be commercial astute, with the ambition to make continuous improvement changes.The Bits Our People Love:
