Job Description

Job Title: Learning and Development ConsultantLocation: Cardiff Office (Parc Nantgarw)The Opportunity:Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Commercial Learning Consultant holds responsibility for supporting the shaping, implementation and delivery of the Commercial Learning and Development Strategy for Alcumus. The role will work across the busies, enhancing the learning experience for our teams. With a genuine passion for supporting and developing the people, the Commercial Learning Consultant will ideally have experience in supporting individuals and teams in developing skills required to the role. Excellent communication and presentations skills are essential, with the confidence to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a people first approach, who is approachable and reliable for both internal and external stakeholders. Creativity is a must, with an eye for attention to detail.You will be a highly organised, commercially-minded professional with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
