Job Description

Job Title: Finance ManagerSalary: CompetitiveLocation: Your working location may be temporarily different due to Covid-19. Once applicable, your normal working location will be Cardiff. We are open to a mix of remote and office working.The Opportunity:Reporting to CFO, the Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial, analytical and strategic decision support to the CFO and Senior Management across the Alcumus Group. This role will be responsible for the line management of Management Accountants and Financial Accountants (interim) and will provide timely, relevant and accurate financial performance reporting/forecasting/budgeting and insight to support the Senior Management team in driving profitable performance and aspirational growth.The Business:Alcumus are the UK’s market-leading provider of technology-led risk management solutions that help businesses of all sizes become safer, healthier and stronger.With PE backing and achieving double-digit year-on-year growth, Alcumus has ambitious growth plans both nationally and internationally for 2020 and beyond.The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a fully qualified Accountant with appropriate PQE. Candidates should have experience in a similar role, and ideally have experience of managing a team. It is essential that candidates have practical; experience of month end results production/oversight and analysis, forecasting/budgeting for divisions / business units and have experience of financial modelling of business scenarios. Candidates will require proven analytical capability and experience of developing insightful MI.The Bits Our People Love:
