Job Description

Amour Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a globally-recognised automotive finance company with their search for additional Customer Service Representatives to join their team based in Trefforest. Our client have a large team spread across 10 Europeancountries, with a wide range of career and development opportunities and a relentless focus on service excellence for customers across Europe and beyond.As an Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients Dealer network, providing operational and customer support for all relevant inquiries.Duties Include:

  • Process all daily administrative tasks as required
  • Answering inbound calls within SLAs
  • Following up outstanding queries with dealers
  • Monitor payment and manage account reconciliations using SAP
  • General admin tasks in support of the business
  • Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports and carrying out related reporting
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and dealing with associated queries
  • Understand and promote the company policy on TCF
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines and SLAs
  • Experience of processing invoices and payments
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience of using spreadsheets and formulas
  • Good team player and ability to use own initiative
  • Finance experience desirable
