Job Description

Corporate Governance Manager (Hybrid)Brook Street are looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to support the Chief Executive Office. This is a full-time position working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is initially a 3-month position while interviews are being held for the permanentpostWhat will you do as Corporate Governance Manager

  • Arrange, produce, and distribute agendas, papers, action logs, forward plans take minutes
  • Develop and co-ordinate the annual programme of business key meetings
  • Participate in relevant internal and external working groups
  • Provide project advise, expertise and support where requested
  • Report in a timely and accurate manner on corporate procedures and developments
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role
  • Previous experience in a governance or public sector role
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Great IT skills
