Job Title: Management Information AnalystSalary: £33,000Location: Cardiff Head Office, (Parc Nantgarw)The OpportunityReporting to Head of Operations, the Management Information Analyst holds responsibility for supporting the divisional management team with analysing business trends forecast data to assist data led decision making and driving continuous improvement.The BusinessAlcumus are the UK’s market-leading provider of technology-led risk management solutions that help businesses of all sizes become safer, healthier and stronger.With PE backing and achieving double-digit year-on-year growth, Alcumus has ambitious growth plans both nationally and internationally for 2020 and beyond.Our SafeContractor product line boasts 20%+ YOY growth, an enviable client base and impressive NPS scores (client and employee) with an exciting few years ahead as we begin our international expansion into North America.The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, being confident discussing and presenting conclusions and insight from complex data by using a variety of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel. The individual will be articulate, highly numerate and possess a natural curiosity to understand the business drivers impacting the data. The ability to communicate complex data in an easy to understand and actionable manner is an essential requirement of the successful candidate, alongside being focused on performance and delivering to timescales.With experience in business modelling and using statistical analysis techniques, the ideally candidate will be able to demonstrate previous success in a results-driven environment.The Bits Our People Love
