Senior Occupational Health Advisor (In-house) Surrey with occasional travel to a site in Slough£52,000 per annumGreys Specialist Occupational Health Recruitment is working with a leading client who is heavily investing in its Occupational Health team and are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to become part of their Health and Wellbeingdepartment.You will be an excellent communicator and be highly motivated along with working independently and to supervise and mentor junior members of the organisation.In this role you will provide:

Lead a team of Occupational Health professionals
Support the Occupational Health manager with delivery of the Occupational Health department
Strategic minded with ways to improve and maintain service
Case Management
Sickness Absence
Return to Work

Requirements:

Registered General Nurse, NMC registered
Recognised Occupational Health qualification
Case management and report writing skills
