Job Description

Our client is looking for a PA for their site in MuselburghClient DetailsA leader in their fieldDescriptionWith a proven track record of being a positive member of a can-do team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative, you will have experience of working as a Personal Assistant or an equally demanding administrative role. With strong interpersonaland relationship management skills you will have proven ability to multi-task effectively across all aspects of administration.We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail and an eagerness to perform the role with confidence, commitment, precision, confidentiality and professionalism. The applicant will have proven high standardof telephone, written and communication skills, you will have the ability to adapt well and quickly to new and varied tasks/software.

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
