Job Description

CNC Miller required to join a well-established Manufacturing company based in the Edinburgh area, that supply machined components and assemblies to the Civil and Defence sectors.CNC Miller Position Overview

  • Programme Sett and Operate a range od multi axis milling machines
  • Providing precision engineered parts to mainly the aerospace industry
  • Offering 24/7 breakdown service
  • Routine manufacture and specialist projects.
CNC Miller Position Requirements
  • Must be able to program, set and operate.
  • Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment producing one-off / small, medium and large batch work.
  • Experienced working to close tolerances of +/- 0.005mm
  • Used to working to tight deadlines.
  • Strong mechanical engineering background in light to medium engineering.
  • HyperMill experience would be an advantage.
CNC Miller Position Remuneration
  • Full time - Permanent position
  • Salary £30,000 - £33,000 (DOE)
  • Shifts:
5 day day shift - Mon / Thu - 06:00 to 14:00 / Friday - 06.00 to 11:005 day back shift - Mon / Thu - 14:00 to 22:00 / Friday - 11.00 to 16:00
  • 30 days holiday incl. bank holidays.
  • Pension contributions.
  • Free on-site parking
