Integrated Reporting Coordinator

The RoleAre you someone who is passionate about systems and complianceAt British Gypsum we are looking for an Integrated Reporting Coordinator to support compliance with our ISO Certifications. This role will be an integral part of our team at Robertsbridge, and within Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions.As part of Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, were committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions that make built environments better and make the world a better home. Through Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, British Gypsum customers can alsoaccess high-performance and innovative insulation solutions from Celotex and Isover, making it easier and quicker to specify, order and install market-leading products.What were looking for:

• Demonstrable understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 Management Systems
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships
• Process-orientated approach with a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Strong administration, time management and organisational skills with experience of managing multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to work autonomously

• Experience with Microsoft 365, with strong knowledge of Excel
• Ideally you will have previous Health and Safety Certifications such as NEBOSH and IOSH or similar
• Previous experience of working in Manufacturing would be advantageous

What you will be doing

• Working with stakeholders to identify the root cause of issues, and to develop and progress action plans
• Supporting regulatory visits and audits
• Working with the Site Training Coordinator to facilitate and deliver training where required
• Collaborating with the Site Leadership Team to improve the local integrated management system
