The kitchen is a fun and very successful environment so needs someone with a great personality and passion for the industry, this must be accompanied by previous experience as Sous Chef/Senior Chef de Partie.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Head Chef with the daily running of operations
  • Running the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef
  • Training, Recruiting, Rotas
