Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Account Managerto join a well-established SME based in Morton on the Hill. Your role will be to take full responsibility for the companys corporate accounts and to be directly responsible for ensuring set targets and strategic goals are achieved in all nominated accounts.Key responsibilities and duties of this role...

  • Manage the seamless transfer of accounts from New Business Development to the Corporate Accounts Team
  • Manage Multi-country Corporate Accounts so each country/market maximizes sales
  • Play a key role in the mobilization of new Corporate business from the New Business Development Team with a clear focus on individual/multi -country strategies
  • To mentor and train 1+ x Direct Reports to ensure personal development is achieved
  • Collaborative working with the Key Accounts Team, R&D, Marketing and the Senior Management Team
  • Identify new or emerging strategic accounts that have multi -country potential
  • Support recruitment and maintain quarterly performance appraisal
  • In conjunction with Head of Sales, be a focal point for Marketing / R&D feedback and support
  • Review, analyse and report on results
  • The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications...
  • Used to dealing with BlueChip companies
  • Account Management experience
  • The ability to travel (Europe)
  • Experience in managing/mentoring is desirable
  • Self-motivated
  • Hours:7:30am - 5pm (Mon-Fri)Benefits
