Our Client near Blakeney is looking for a highly motivated Manager for their multi award winningrestaurant on the North Norfolk coast an excellent reputation.The hotel & restaurant has an excellent presence nationwide and provides the potential candidate the opportunity to gain the very best experience at the highest level and this commands a professional manager who is experienced in high-standard service, mentoring,training and creative event planning.As Restaurant Manager you will work alongside the General Manager to lead and motivate the team to ensure the consistency of the service is maintained and that our guests get the best dining experience possible. You will also liaise with the head chef to ensurethe smooth running of the service. You will be expected to run service on your own and guide the team. Duties and responsibilities will include taking bookings, showing guests to rooms, running a service on your own and guiding your team.You would need to be able to drive to and from the Blakeney area.Salary is between £28000 and £30000 depending on experience,and will be reviewed on a 4 month basis.Some of the benefits include:
