• Supporting the rest of the management team in day-to-day operations
• Demonstrating great initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ensuring an efficient and smooth service flow
• Managing and mentoring the front-of-house team
• Upholding the impeccable reputation of the Michelin star restaurant

Key Requirements:To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience working within a 3 Rosette/Michelin star establishment, which is essential for the position
• Impeccable people management skills and a charismatic leadership style
• A dedication to maintaining the highest service standard possible
• The ability to lead by example and inspire your team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence
