From the first moment our customers visit us they, can expect to receive exceptional service, and exciting solutions to help them create thehome of their dreams!Salary:£45,000 - £55,000plus bonus earning potential (Depending Upon Experience)Location: We have 2 positions available with the first covering Scotland & North-East England and the second covering the South-West of England. These are remote positions, and you can expect to be in stores support and leading your team at least 3 days a week, however this may be more on the run up to and during our peak periods. Yu can also expect the occasional visit to our store supportcenter in Milton Keynes.The rest of the time you work from wherever works best for you: whether that be our stores, home, or our store support center in Milton Keynes.What will you be doing(Including but not limited to)You will be leading a team of kitchen, bathroom selling experts (or KBSEs), from across your region, making surethat they have the skills and ability to ensureeach and every one of our customersreceive memorable service and a great experience from thevery start of their project, right through to completion.You will also use you expertise and skills to deliver sales and conversion targets (across Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms), as well as taking responsibility of ensuring an outstanding customer experience and leading display standards. Lead, coach, develop,and inspire the team to create an environment where we are known as a destination for service in the local area.What you need to be successful:

Experience in selling premium, high-end products or services.
Experience of leading, coaching and motivating regional teams
