Harvest and Green is a luxury gift shop in charming Morningside Edinburgh. Our goal is to create a cherished memory with every one of our gifts including flowers and chocolates.Duties

Assist the manager where necessary
Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
Process incoming flower shipments and ensure proper storage and care of flowers
Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock as needed
Manage online orders and deliveries
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

Requirements

Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is required
Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
