Are you ahighly successful sales professionalwith a proven track recordof exceeding sales targets for a specific geographical region The UKslargest distributor of surfacing materials is recruiting for a Senior Sales Representative to join their growing team covering the Leeds area. This is apermanentrole working Monday to Friday 8.30am5.30pm with a salary of£35,000 per annum + company car + 10% quarterly bonusbased on performance and objectives set. Other benefits include 31 days holiday (increasingto 33 with length of service), pension, and life assurance.Asa Sales Representativeyou will report into the Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for maintaining your existing client base and winning new business in your territory. To represent and promote the company with customers and to generate sales enquiries and orders from both new and existing accounts, to achieve budgeted sales in your region. You will identify key accounts and build strong relationships with those customers, providing an excellent standard of ongoing customer care, planning territory visits to ensure that customers are contactedat the required frequency. You will be proactive and assertive in seeking new business and re-activating dormant accounts.The role will also include Negotiating sales deals that will achieve budgeted margins and which conform to the companys sales policies. You will gather competitor and customer information and report weekly on general market activity to the branch manager whilst maintaining and growing your existing customer portfolio.We are keen to hear from applicants withat least 2 years experience in a field sales role with proven success in exceeding targets. Any knowledge of the trade industry (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms or office furniture) or laminates, worktops, flooring, solid surface or panelling products would be advantageous.
