Job Description

Job AdvertDo you have experience in PMO, Programme, or Change Management roles, within a large organisation Are you able to develop, guide and inspire teamsThe senior manager role within the ABS Transformation and Change team ensures the successful delivery ofthe ABSprogrammeand portfolio of change initiatives.Reporting into the Senior Director,Digital, Transformation and Change, and will work across ABS service lines and Asda stakeholders toprioritise, deliver, and govern all change activities.In addition, this role is accountable for ABS colleaguecommunications and management of the ABS facilities.Your Role

  • Leadership, Development, and recruitment of the ABS Change, Communications and Facilities team
  • Accountable for the ABS PMO, including resource planning and benefits tracking
  • Accountable for all ABS internalcommunications and events
  • Support indeveloping the training needs analysis, content and the required trainingprogrammesneededto embed and maintain the ABS change standards
  • Accountable for the development and maintenance of ABS facilities
  • Defines and setsprogramme, portfolio, and project management standards
  • Facilitates and guideABS change governance forums
  • Supports the Senior Director in the design and implementation of team structures, roles andresponsibilities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of change, communications, and facilities
As the Senior Manager you will also have key interactions with;
  • ABS Senior Directors and Service Leads
  • Asda Stakeholders
  • ABS VP
  • ProAbs Programme team members
  • Third parties/Vendors
  • Other Asda change programmes
About You
  • Experience in PMO, Programme, or Change Management roles, within a large organisation
  • Experience in setting and delivering programme, portfolio, and project-based standards
  • Ability to develop and guide teams
  • Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to meet precise deadlines and to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
