Apply today so you dont miss this incredible role in our clientsfour star hotel!Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of this beautiful four star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant/hotel industry and possess excellent leadership and customerservice skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.Duties:- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing ones- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide training opportunitiesQualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry- Strong knowledge of bartending, kitchen operations, food production, culinary techniques, food safety standards, and restaurant management principles- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailIf you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
