A rapidly expanding, multi-regional UK real estate developer have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join their growing regional office based in Morley, West Yorkshire.The new Yorkshire regional office will cover cities from Derby to Ripon and coast to coast with a focus on its central Leeds base. Our client is a mixed-use developer but will primarily focus on residential development sites. The Office Manager will effectivelybe in the engine room and will be crucial to the smooth running of the day - day business operations.About the role of Office Manager* Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly* Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls/emails* Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately* Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and queries* Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked.* Liaising with employees at all levels, including senior management* Recording office expenditure and managing the budget* Data responsibilities, including GDPR.Required skills for the role of Office Manager* Prior experience in a business administration/office management role* Strong organisational and time management skills, and ability to priotitise* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google productsOn offer is a £25,000 salary based on a flexible 40-hour week, plus the below benefitsSalary & Benefits* A friendly and supportive work environment* 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays* Flexible working* Workplace pension schemeIf youre interested in this exciting opportunity and would like to know more about the role & company, please apply by sending your up to date CV through to Georgia Flynn at Conrad Connect - suitable applicants will be contacted with more details and ajob description can be provided.
