* Daily rate available - negotiable for the right candidate* Leeds based with a requirement for at least 4 days per week in the office* A broad variety of tasks to be completedYou will be the sort of person who enjoys going into a finance team with the aim of protecting and further developing the good people, processes and procedures, but challenging and changing things for the better.You will be someone who knows that whilst hybrid working has created opportunities for us to be more dynamic in how some tasks are delivered, you will want to be there to support a team in person to develop their skills and help them to automate processes andmake the finance team stand out as a value added service to the wider organisation.What youll need to offer:* A qualified accountant who has operated at a CFO/FD level ideally within the healthcare/charity/housing sector.* A commitment to be office based at least 4 days per week to support the finance team as well as other members of the senior leadership team.* Experienced at managing and leading on projects and ideally of systems implementation/improvement and automation of manual processes.Whats in it for you:* A competitive daily rate for the right candidate* A varied role with a number of key projects to get stuck into * A permanent role behind the interim assignment so a potential to go permanent in the long term, or at least 3 -6 months of interim work to complete.* The opportunity to be part of a team who work to shared values and delivering excellent service to their service users and are passionate about providing value for money.
