Job Description

Our clientA financial services group who have specialist teams focused on, wealth management, occupational pensions, employee benefits.The RoleThis IFA Administrator, will be supporting their team of Financial Advisors by undertaking efficient administrative support.Your responsibilities will include preparing documents, maintaining and update client records, obtaining outstanding information and processing business. The business utilises Intelligent Office and would be looking for you to maximise the use of the software.In addition, this role will see you support with undertaking some report writing, research and analysis. IFA Administrator RequirementsThe Candidate

  • You should have 2+ years experience as an IFA Administrator or similar
  • You should have good knowledge of the financial planning process
  • Ideally you should have experience with Intelligent Office
