Job AdvertAre you an experienced Team Leader Are you truly passionate about providing outstanding service Are you looking for a role offering the opportunity to lead a team and develop a team in a face paced environmentIn this role, you will be required to lead and manage a team to deliver great customer service to our colleagues and key stakeholders, ensuring thatrecruitment and the associated compliance activity is completed within the required SLAs. Youll also implementprocess improvements to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, to better serve our business and drive new starter volumes into Asda.Your RoleYou will provide excellent customer service to applicants, colleagues, and key stakeholders by developing and reviewing performance metrics and delivery against SLAs to identify opportunities for improvement.You will be responsible for;

  • Line managing the team, ensuring they are performing at maximum capacity, following all the relevant absence/performance management practices when required
  • Effectively leading and developing the team in order to meet KPIs, maintaining alignment of goals and objectives
  • Developing and proposing solutions to resolve process inefficiencies, improve ways of working and identify potential opportunities to increase productivity
  • Communicating and consulting with business partners, managers, and colleagues to resolve issues
  • Educating internal and external customers on the recruitment lifecycle
  • Preparing and providing data for customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership teams
  • Adapting to and learning from change and feedback
  • Demonstrating the adaptability and promotion of a continuous improvement and learning environment
