Job Description

We run our business by these values and they are reflected in all of our roles, particularly in roles as important as our HR & Reward MI Analyst .An exciting opportunity has become available to join our growing HR team as a HR MI Analyst. You will be developing insights to inform the business of key HR trends, extracting people data from HR & Payroll systems to provide reports to HR and Business stakeholders. You will present data in a simple meaningful way, identifying and presenting current trends e.g. sickness and turnover data. You will support our compensation and benefits teams with salary benchmarking, Gender Pay analysis and insight, plus developing HR PKIs to help inform HR and business decisions.Other duties include;

  • Support the pay negotiations process e.g. data analysis prep and implementation
  • Managing the forecasting of the National Minimum Wage
  • Working with the People Services Team to ensure data accuracy. Carry out audits of HR and payroll data to ensure our data is accurate.
  • Maintaining reward data in the HR system, providing detailed analysis and insight to support reward processes and decisions
  • Provide a timely benchmarking service to the IT function, ensuring records are accurately maintained of how we pay/ reward roles.
  • Completing the annual returns for benchmarking services
  • To be successful in this role you will have strong analytical skills and prior experience within a HR function. Experience in compensation and benefits would be beneficial but not essential, however from working within HR you will have a good understanding of reward & benefits.
