You will be developing insights to inform the business of key HR trends, extracting people data from HR & Payroll systems to provide reports to HR and Business stakeholders. You will present data in a simple meaningful way, identifying and presenting current trends e.g. sickness and turnover data. You will support our compensation and benefits teams with salary benchmarking, Gender Pay analysis and insight, plus developing HR PKIs to help inform HR and business decisions.Other duties include;
