Job Description

We run our business by these values and they are reflected in all our roles,A Finance Administrator vacancy has arisen within the Trading Finance team based at Capitol House, Morley, this will be to join us inititially on a 6 month contract. You will be responsible for producing the weekly and monthly invoices for specific clients and supporting the rest of the team to enforce contract terms to increase revenue.Main Responsibilities

  • Invoice production for key clients within Client Development (Next, FGH, Figleaves, Amazon).
  • Provide cover and support for the Amazon account (invoice reconciliations/ debt monitoring).
  • Provide support to enforce contract terms to increase revenue
  • Other admin support for the rest of the Trading Finance team as necessary.
  • Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Numerate
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workloads to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a & a can do attitude
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas and good data manipulation skills (sumif, vlookup, pivot tables, etc).
