Job Description

This is a wonderful job for an account executive or sales support person with some BDM skills who takes pride in forming good working relationships with their business clients and who will deliver the support and follow through to develop and retain business.You will deal solely with buyers from NHS trusts around the UK and their agents.This varied role will allow you the satisfaction to see view the process from enquiry to delivery.To be successful in your application as Account Executive the ideal sales support candidate should have the confidence and experience to perform the following duties:

  • Pro-actively introducing yourself to established key contacts within the NHS trusts to initiate an on-going relationship as their main point of contact and account manager.
  • Providing specifications, prices and product information to the client. The product is NHS hospital furniture, so knowledge of the furniture industry would be excellent
  • Preparation of quotations and follow through with the client to secure the order.
  • Processing of orders for furniture and ensuring the manufacturing and dispatch divisions know time-frames and location the client would like.
  • Updating and responding to the NHS relating to the completion of the orders and delivery of orders.
  • Use of the CRM system to document all activities throughout the process and to track and monitor progress.
  • Liaison with the NHS to ensure complete satisfaction with products and services post order delivery.
As part of this small friendly team you should ideally have a good grade business qualification along with Math and English GCSE and experience in a business to business commercial environment. The location of the job is south Bradford close to the Morley/Leeds borders.The company offer a competitive salary with bonuses and career progression. 20 rising to 25 days holiday, pension and Life assurance. Working hours 8.30 to 4.30pm.
