Brief Outline

An established company in the roofing market requires a Supervisor to oversee various projects, largely in the commercial sectors within the London andSouth East area on a permanent basis, offering a good package and the potential to progress to a more senior position within the company.

Contracts undertaken include; single ply, hot melt, felt and metal roofing.

The supervisorwill be responsible for overseeing operations on aproject, ensuringprogress, work schedules and H&S and quality is maintain.

The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the project and its progress.

About the Role

Responsibility for day to day supervision of works on allocated projects.To liaise and maintain a good working relationship with Clients, Project Managers.

Ensuremethod statements and risk assessments are followed..

Ensure all works are carried out under health and safety guidelines.Assist Senior Management in the overall planning and supervision of projects.

About the Candidate

Previous experience in supervising roofing jobs on large commercial projects

Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise

Displays strong leadership skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

PC literate

Commercially aware
