The successful Operations manager should be from an Industrial, Manufacturing or Armed Forces background.
The succesful Operations manager should have previous management and leadership experience.
People Managementthe ability to establish a clear sense of purpose and direction and win the commitment of others to implement actions necessary to achieve business targets.

Communicationsthe ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers and employees at all levels.

Budgets and Planningthe ability to develop, communicate and implement clear budgets and manage the financial and performance variables of the Static Sites portfolio in order to achieve sustained profitability for the Company.

Client Orientationthe ability to build positive relationships with the customer in order to speedily resolve significant operational issues and sustain and enhance the level of profitable business arising from these relationships.
