Job Description

Recruit Mint have partnered with a growing technology business based in Cambridge that are looking for a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for two months initially.The role: The main duty of this finance assistant role will be credit controls and includes the below responsibilities:

To ensure all customer invoices are raised and sent in a timely manner
To manage and maintain customer records
Apply and post all payments received on to our accounting system.
To manage a small portfolio of overdue invoices.
To work alongside the credit controllers, Legal team and Sales Operations team, to ensure all invoicing
queries are actioned.
To provide support to the finance department to help achieve overall goals and objectives.

Location: Our client are based in Cambridge with candidates able to commute from Newmarket, Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Royston, Ely or surrounding areas.Candidate: To be considered for this role you will fit the below criteria:

Previous experience in a finance assistant or credit control role
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator
