Job Description

Winners of best Cosmetic Clinic London we welcome your application for PA to the CEO.The CEO is also an owner and partner in multiple other companies and you willassist in across the board.Founded in 1993, HC MedSpa is an award winning chain of UK Beauty Clinics.We provide an extensive portfolio of advanced Medical Aesthetic treatments inharmony with premium beauty services.Our clinics are home to an International team of Cosmetic Doctors, MedicalAestheticians and Beauty Experts committed to delivering excellence wellsupported by gold standard cosmetic lasers.In 2015 HC MedSpa received industry recognition at the London Beauty Awardswinning Cosmetic Clinic of the Year.We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, experienced and skilled PA towork alongside the CEO.Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the flow of general correspondence including email, papers and documents through the Chief Exec’s office
  • To provide support to the CEO in regard to current and future projects which might include research, telephone work, briefing/costings or drafting
  • Organise and maintain the CEO’s diary and meeting arrangements
  • To respond quickly to requests and enquiries which come to the CEO
  • To collate papers and take the minutes of the Senior Management Team meetings
  • Undertake specific initiatives at the request of the CEO
  • A strong social media marketing background would be an advantage
  • Ability to develop and build strong relationships
  • General administration tasks - filing, typing, scanning, answering calls, managing email boxes, diary management, making phone calls, transcribing, letter writing
  • Must be able to work to deadlines
  • Extremely well organised, strong verbal and written communication
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Ability to deal with topics of a confidentially
  • Advanced on Microsoft Excel
