This is a great time to join as the business experiences exciting growth plans and expandsinto new offices!You will be responsible for processing orders to strict deadlines to ensure deliveries are out on time, whilst delivering a high level of service to customers when required.We would love to hear from candidates who come from production, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, and hospitality backgrounds.DAY TO DAY:• Ensuring web orders are processed efficiently, to meet business deadlines.• Advising customers with general enquiries.• Giving helpful advice in a friendly and welcoming manner to all customers in the shop.• Taking deliveries and making sure everything is in order.• Labelling and organising new stock following deliveries.• Re-stocking, pricing of new deliveries, and price checks on the systemWE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:• Accurate, efficient, and can adhere to strict deadlines.• Ability to lift heavy parcels (up to 25kg per parcel).• Computer literate.• Can do’ attitude and helpful towards other colleagues and customers.• Showing initiative.AND FOR YOU:• On-site car parking.• Fun, friendly, and close-knit team.• 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays.• Company Pension.• Creative and desirable sector.• Staff discounts.Their working hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm.
