Were looking for a talented Care Coordinator to work for our client.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of scheduling care hours in for a domiciliary setting.If thats you then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.The Role:Reporting to the Registered Manager and based in the companys Midsomer Norton, as the Care Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for creating and maintaining the weekly or monthly rotas for the service, ensuring that the service users and scheduledto be cared for by staff that are competent in meeting their individual needs. You will also be task with amending the rota when required to accommodate this managing unexpected changes such as sudden staff sickness and lateness.In the job youll be tasked with liaising with client families, health professionals and local authorities.Finally, youll also be tasked with using your skills to have a direct impact on smooth operation of the service.The standard working hours for this position are 9am to 5pm.The Candidate:The ideal candidate for this Care Coordinator role will have relevant experience of scheduling care hours in for a domiciliary setting.Youll also need experience of providing high quality care to vulnerable individuals and managing emergencies in a care environment.In addition, youll need a NVQ level 2 in health & social care as a minimum and at least one year of care coordination experience.The ideal person for the role will be the following:- Organised and have good attention to detail- Flexible and reliable to be manage emergencies- Self-motivated and drivenDoes that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.You will also need a full driving licence for this role.
