Organisational Development Advisor Hybrid Role with weekly presence in Mid-Lothian Office and some travel in the areaCirca £42,000 - £45,000 2 Year FTC with potential for extension or permanency Full Time Position (37.5 hours a week)I am pleased to be working with a fantastic public sector organisation who have created a brand-new role for an OD Advisor to assist the OD Team in the full cycle of Organisational Development activities. Duties:

Supporting the development of the OD strategy
Gathering and analysing Data in order to identify areas for improvement and plan and present new initiatives for the full employee lifecycle
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with Trade Unions
Liaising with senior stakeholders and working on company comms

Requirements:

Experience in an Organisational Development Role ideally within the public sector
Knowledge of working with Trade Unions
Confident presenting to and dealing with senior stakeholders
Performance Management Expertise would be a bonus
