Job Description

Organisational Development Advisor Hybrid Role with weekly presence in Mid-Lothian Office and some travel in the areaCirca £42,000 - £45,000 2 Year FTC with potential for extension or permanency Full Time Position (37.5 hours a week)I am pleased to be working with a fantastic public sector organisation who have created a brand-new role for an OD Advisor to assist the OD Team in the full cycle of Organisational Development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a committedteam, with the opportunity to lead on improvements to the full employee lifecycle.Benefits

Duties:
  • Supporting the development of the OD strategy
  • Gathering and analysing Data in order to identify areas for improvement and plan and present new initiatives for the full employee lifecycle
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with Trade Unions
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders and working on company comms
Requirements:
  • Experience in an Organisational Development Role ideally within the public sector
  • Knowledge of working with Trade Unions
  • Confident presenting to and dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Performance Management Expertise would be a bonus
