Job Description

  • Mon - Fri 8.30-4.30pm
  • £22000 +DOE
  • Midlothian
Great opportunity for an Order Processor to join a small team wihtin a hugely successful supplier who prides itself on being inclusive for staff at all levels and recognises that every role in the business is of equal importance.
  • Processing orders that have been received by phone or email, including arranging deliveries, handling customer service issues, and updating records
  • Tracking inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently
  • Entering order details into computerised Sage systems
  • Communicating and building relationships with customers about order status and delivery details as required
  • Answering questions about order status, delivery schedules, and product information to help resolve customer queries
  • Reviewing order forms to ensure that all required information has been provided
  • Communicating with suppliers , warehouse and drivers to obtain product information or status updates on orders
  • Answering questions about products or services offered by a company to potential customers
  • Attend Trade Shows
This Order Processor vacancy is ideal for a strong communicator, friendly, organised and numerate. You will enjoy getting to know and building strong relationships with your customers and colleagues on both the telephone and in person.Interviews to be held immediately!
