What youll doThe beauty of our warehouse is that we dont expect you to work a rotating shift pattern, you have set hours which means you can plan your life!You will be working on a 14:00-22:00 5 in 7 fixed shift basis (although currently Mon - Fri).Youll be the backbone of Toolstation, supporting your team in making sure the right products arrive at the right branches in perfect condition. The key is in maintaining an efficient and unified team operation by ensuring communication is slick. Your teamwill be working quickly, checking deliveries foraccuracy and ensuring high levels of stock accuracy. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you and your team take real pride in what you do, our customers will notice and love us all themore for it.Day-to-daySupporting.Whether its assisting the Shift Manager, working closely with the Despatch Team Leader, or motivating, engaging and coaching the team to achieve targets.Communicating.Youll be confident in delivering key communication updates throughout and inspiring your team to ensure that communication is at the heart of everything we do.Delivering great service.Youll lead the picking and replenishment operation to ensure the highest level of stock availability and meet challenging production targets and youll do it with a smile on your faceno matter how busy you areand coaching the team to do the same.Improving.Never resting on your laurels.
