Job Description

Job Title: Ecommerce MerchandiserReports to: Ecommerce TeamDepot: Support CentreMain DutiesAs the Ecommerce Merchandiser youll play a pivotal role working with LWC’s online catalogue of 10,000 products to ensure quality, well-optimised content is disseminated to our digital platforms. You will play a part in the new product setup process to ensureonline copy and digital assets meet business standards. Then it will be your responsibility to ensure products are listed out to our B2B and B2C channels for customers to purchase.Key Skills-Being responsible for checking online-related product data for new products entering the business, and signing off on behalf of the Ecommerce team;-Liaising with the Purchasing team and external brand owners to ensure quality, up-to-date copy and digital assets are available for new and existing products;-Populating product data into the PIM (product information management) system and online platforms;-Conducting product data audits and cleansing existing product data, liaising with other teams whereappropriate;-Investigating queries relating to product data inconsistencies or missing information;-Identifying newly stocked products and adding to the online B2C catalogue. Removing discontinued lines from all channels;-Updating B2C online prices and promotional offers, and working with Commercial and Buying teams where appropriate;-Investigating product listing errors, liaising with software support teams where appropriate;-Using Adobe Photoshop to lightly edit product imagery (cropping, resizing, remove shadowing, etc) and produce online imagery for promotional codes;-Monitoring product readiness to ensure products are ‘complete’ and feeding into online systems;-Ensuring product data is displayed effectively across all online platforms, optimised for customers and SEO, and suggesting areas for improvement;-Handling volumes of product data for reporting, importing and exporting via Excel and various systems;-Managing the Ecommerce mailbox and providing admin support to the Ecommerce team;Knowledge and Experience:-Strong literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail-Competent with Excel (vlookup and IF formulae)-Experience in a similar online Merchandising or Ecommerce role-Experience with basic image editing-Experience with a PIM system and Ecommerce softwareLWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies.
