Production operative 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, rotatingAre you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading player in the mattress manufacturing industry Look no further! We are seeking dedicated and motivated Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operative, youll play a crucialrole in ensuring the quality and timely production of our premium mattresses.Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, responsible for:* Loading and unloading products efficiently and safely.* Accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for dispatch.* Working on production lines as part of team* Undertaking other associated duties as instructed to support the smooth operation of the production line.* Following health and safety guidelines of the company.Qualifications and Skills:* Prior experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.* Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.Benefits:* Competitive hourly wage with paid breaks.* Weekly pay to ensure your hard work is rewarded promptly.* On-site parking for your convenience.* Work in a state-of-the-art warehouse equipped with modern facilities.* Long term work with temp to perm opportunitiesPay rate:£10.50 for the first 12 weeks£12.26 from week 13 onwardsOvertime is paid at time +1/2 for anything worked over 39 hours during the week and on Saturdays.
