Job Description

About us:The Heat Depot Limited is a showroom in North Manchester selling Fireplaces.Our work environment includes:

  • Stylish showroom
  • Use of modern kitchen
Duties:
  • Welcoming and assisting customers to find the products they are looking for
  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great shopping experience
  • Answering queries and processing orders from customers both in store and over the telephone
  • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
  • Answering calls and responding to emails from customers and suppliers
  • General Admin
Schedule:
  • 4 days Monday to Friday and every Saturday
  • Sundays during the winter season on a rota basis paid at overtime rate
Required:
  • Previous showroom sales experience ideally in the Fireplace, Kitchen or Bathroom sales sector
  • Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
