Referral Account Manager-Salary Banding £22,000£24,000K per annum DOEOTE £29,200 - £31,200We areMantra Learning. The UKs leading Logistics learning and development organisation. Building relationships with Job Centres and third party companies will be an essential part of your role, ensuring that Mantra remain thecountries first choice referral partner.We want someone who strives for high performance both personally and when pursuing business goals. Our learners come from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of issues and difficulties,empathy and strong listening skills will be essential to connect with them.This permanent position is full time, based just outside of Manchester.   • Develop apprenticeship opportunities from Sector Based Work Academies.
  • Generates own sales leads through various processes; cold callings and networking
  • Manage Agency enquiries from digital marketing
  • Work closely with Management to schedule and fill cohorts
Requirements for this role:
  • Account management experience
  • Proven experience of relationship building
  • Experience of providing an excellent standard of customer service
  • GCSE A-C or equivalent in Maths and English and be computer literate
  • NVQ Level 2
  • Understanding of government funded training programs (preferred)
