Recruitment Manager PermanentFull Time - hybrid workingNorth ManchesterCalling all Recruitment Managers looking for a new challenge!Medlock Partners are partnering with a fast paced, retail business on their search for a Recruitment Manager to join their HR Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to add value and put your own stamp on a role.You will have recruitment management experience gained in an in-house environment and the desire to still be hands on in terms of delivery. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a positive, solution-focussed can-do attitude.Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager:* Reporting into the HR Director you will support with the following;* Devising and executing the talent strategy.* Managing a team of four Recruitment Specialists.* Partnering with stakeholders internally to understand their requirements and devise appropriate sourcing strategies.* Proactively searching for candidates and supporting managers with the interview process* Assisting with the screening process.* Managing the onboarding and induction process for new starters.* Working with the HRD and wider HR team on developing a strong EVP and driving talent related projects.Key requirements of the Recruitment Manager:* Previous Recruitment Management (or Team Leader) experience, gained within an in-house environment is essential for this role.* Experience within Retail or Sales would be highly advantageous but is not essential.* You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a positive, solution-focussed can do attitude to work.If you are interested in this Recruitment Manager position and feel your experience matches the criteria, then please apply now for immediate consideration or for more information please contact Kerry Norman.Medlock Partners are a professional services recruitment specialist operating across the Northwest of England.
