LEARNER SUPPORT ASSISTANT We are Mantra Learning. The UK’s leading Logistics learning and development organisation. Mantra supports and develops people to help change lives. This position is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week based in Middleton, Greater Manchester.THE ROLEThe purpose of the learner support assistant role is to provide support to learners and colleagues prior to, during and after the delivery of lessons both virtually and onsite. Our ideal candidate will thrive on guiding learners in keeping with Mantra’shigh standards, during this transformative stage in their career. We want someone who can inspire change, instil confidence and encourage learners to achieve their goals whilst offering support to tutors.Our ideal candidate for the learner support assistant role is highly motivated with the ability to engage and re-engage with learners. You will be monitoring progress of the learner, collaborating with tutors and identifying any additional requirements.This role will require coaching and support to assist the learner in the completion of their course.Your duties as will include but will not be limited to:
